Message-Based Pricing for WhatsApp starting 1 July 2025

Starting from 1 July 2025, WhatsApp will officially transition from conversation-based pricing to a per-message pricing model. This change aims to provide you with greater clarity, control, and cost-efficiency in your communications with customers.

Under the message-based pricing structure, you will now be charged:

An added advantage is that utility messages sent within an open customer service window are now completely free.

This new model means you only pay for what you send, rather than for a full 24-hour conversation block. It allows for more flexible and streamlined messaging, particularly for support and transaction updates, without incurring unnecessary costs.
