Incoming Call Settings Simplified

• View and edit basic details, such as Friendly Name, call recording, and call forwarding.

• View your incoming call flow.

• Direct incoming calls to multiple devices for a user.

• Direct calls to one device type across multiple users.

• View all other settings that affect incoming calls.

• This feature can be enabled under Labs.

• Once enabled under Labs, access it through sub-account settings > Phone Numbers > Edit Configuration.
