Improve your Phone Number’s Reputation with Voice Integrity (Labs, US only)

Register your US phone numbers with major caller-ID analytics companies (First Orion, Hiya, TNS). This will eliminate “spam likely” labels from legitimate calls and improve answer rates—particularly for numbers that have previously been blocked.

• Rectify bad reputation and remove existing spam flags
• More people will answer when calls display a trusted ID

✅ Prerequisites

• SHAKEN/STIR required: verifies that each call is authentic
• CNAM recommended – a branded name increases trust

This service is available for US numbers only; international traffic is not supported.

⚙️ How to Use It

• Navigate to Settings > Phone Numbers > Trust Center > Voice Integrity

• Complete the form
• Submit your application
• Applications are typically processed within approximately two business days. You can check the status of your application under “Submitted Applications.”

This feature will move from Labs to general availability for everyone in two weeks.
