🚀 Enable Image Attachments in Review Requests
We’ve introduced the ability for users to attach images when sending review requests, enhancing personalisation and engagement—especially for field service teams wishing to share genuine, job-specific visuals.
Users can now manually attach images when sending review requests. This allows them to include relevant visuals, such as before-and-after job photos or service snapshots, to provide authenticity and context.
Note: Image attachment support in the Mobile App (iOS & Android) is coming soon.
Previously, review requests were limited to one static image (usually a logo) sent via MMS. With this update, users can dynamically upload and send images at the time of the request, moving beyond pre-set branding assets.
This enhancement allows businesses to:
- Personalise outreach with real-time, contextual visuals
- Increase engagement and customer trust
- Drive higher review response rates, particularly in industries like home services, maintenance, and beauty care
