Sending Emails via Workflows Just Got Smarter! Thanks to AI, sending emails is now faster and easier than ever. We’re excited to introduce Email Action AI, which allows users to generate emails with just a simple description.

Email AI is a built-in AI-powered assistant that helps you instantly create professional, high-converting, context-aware emails directly within your workflows.
No copywriting is required.
Simply describe your use case, and AI will write the email for you.

Select: Choose the “Send Email” action in your workflow.
Activate AI: Click “Write with AI” to open the AI assistant.
Describe: Input your desired functionality (e.g., “Write a promotional email encouraging users to utilise the holiday season discount and purchase Christmas-themed merchandise.”).
Tone: Select the tone of your email (optional – the default is neutral).
Generate: Click “Generate” and let AI craft the email for you.
Subject: There is a “Use Subject” checkbox allowing you to decide whether to use the generated subject or not.
Re-generate: You can re-generate the email by providing a follow-up prompt.
Implement: Review the output and click “Use Email” to insert it into your workflow.
