👀 What’s New?

• We have enhanced the existing functionality by adding the option to create Customer List Custom Audiences from Smart Lists. Users can now select an advanced condition to choose between static or dynamic audience updates.
• Static audiences consist only of the contacts present in the Smart List at the time of creation.
• Dynamic audiences automatically adjust to reflect any contacts added or removed from the Smart List after creation.

👷 How It Works:

1. Create a Customer List Custom Audience in the Ad Manager settings, selecting Smart Lists as the customer list type.
2. Select one or more Smart Lists.
3. In Advanced Conditions, choose one of the following options:
   • No, only include the contacts currently on the Smart List (Static)
   • Yes, include the dynamic updates (Dynamic)

   

4. Give the audience a name and optionally include a description.
5. Save your settings to create a dynamic customer list custom audience.
6. You can review the summary of an existing audience, which will now clearly indicate whether it is static or dynamic.

⭐ Why It Matters:

• Provides advertisers with greater flexibility in managing audiences for ad campaigns.
• Dynamic mode ensures that campaigns always target the most up-to-date contacts from the Smart List.
• Static mode locks audiences for consistency, making it beneficial for controlled tests and compliance.
