Create Draft estimates using Workflows

Introducing Enhanced Send Estimates Action

Business users now have the option to send estimates immediately or save them as drafts for internal review in workflows.

  • Sending the estimate immediately on workflow execution
  • Saving it as a draft for internal review
  • Navigate to Automations -> Workflow
  • Create or open an existing workflow
  • From the Sending Mode dropdown, choose an option from send directly or create in draft and you’re done

  • Whenever this workflow is triggered, a draft estimate will be added to the draft section of Estimates

This feature is particularly useful for teams that need an approval or revision process before sharing estimates with clients. Drafted estimates are not sent to customers and can be reviewed, edited, and finalised later, giving your team greater control and flexibility.
