Server Location Selection:

• Users explicitly select a data centre from a dropdown during site setup.
• The chosen location is permanently stored and displayed on the site UI.
• Server location selection is final post-creation and cannot be modified.

• Available for all creation methods: Blank site, Cloned site, or Template-based site.
• Site creation timestamp is displayed on each site card in the UI for better visibility.
