🧾 Cleaner, Clearer lc-phone Billing is Here

We’re enhancing how billing is handled for lc-phone products such as ✉️ SMS, 📞 Calls, 📊 Usage categories, and other charge types by moving them to our centralised billing service.

This change will create a more unified and consistent billing experience. The new structure is already live for a few agencies, with full rollout expected on or before 26th May 2025.

• Phone number billing is already aligned with this new structure
