Call Recording message is now mandatory

Call Recording message can’t be left blank now.

Earlier,

• If the call recording message field was blank (no character at all), we would play the default call recording message
• If the call recording message field had a blankspace character, we would not play anything

Now,

• Existing cases of blank/blankspace call recording messages can continue to work as it did earlier. So you don’t need to make any changes immediately
• If you try to edit the Phone Number settings of these existing cases, it will ask you to enter a call recording message mandatorily

• Call recording message field needs at least one character (non-blankspace)
• This ensures that what you see on the UI is what is actually played as the call recording message
