⚙️ Enhancements

  • Phone Billing – We will now start billing/re-billing the sub-accounts whose Telephony System account is suspended, this was not happening earlier because of a race condition
  • Call recordings need storage space on servers. This cost is incurred every month for all recorded calls. We were not billing this but we will now start to bill this. It will be billed on month end starting September 2024 at $0.0005 per minute of recording stored per month. Estimated cost: if you store 100 minutes of calls every day, you’ll pay around $1.20 for the first month
