Answer IVR calls on your Deskphone

☎️ Use Deskphones to Answer IVR Calls
Previously, you could receive regular calls and those coming through “Ring all” on your deskphone, but IVR calls were not accessible on the deskphone.
Now, you can answer IVR calls using the deskphone.
Configure this in the Subaccount settings > My Staff > Edit profile > Call & Voicemail settings > Default Channel for IVR.
Currently, IVR calls cannot be transferred from any device. We plan to support IVR call transfers in the coming months.
