Workflow AI Assistant: Smarter Knowledge Base Search

We have improved the AI Assistant’s efficiency by teaching it to identify when a knowledge base search is truly necessary.

The AI Assistant now bypasses unnecessary knowledge base lookups in two main situations: simple conversational messages such as “Hi,” “Hello,” or “Thanks,” and requests for workflow analysis like “Analyse my workflow” or “Explain this workflow.” These analysis queries depend on the workflow context you are already viewing, rather than on external documentation.

Instead of conducting a search for every message, the assistant will only initiate a lookup when there is significant content that would genuinely benefit from it.

This leads to quicker responses for simple interactions and workflow analyses, eliminating the need to wait for searches that are not helpful.
