WhatsApp: Schedule Send and Phone Number UI enhancement

We are excited to introduce the WhatsApp Schedule Send feature, now available for businesses to enhance their communication strategy. This feature allows you to schedule WhatsApp messages, including both template and free-form messages, at a future date and time, ensuring timely delivery tailored to your customers’ needs.

  1. Schedule WhatsApp Template Messages:

    You can now schedule WhatsApp template messages to be sent at a time that works best for your customers.

  1. Schedule Free-Form WhatsApp Messages:

    Free-form messages can also be scheduled for future delivery during an open Customer Service Window.

Note: For free form WhatsApp messages, you can schedule messages up to 24 hours from the last inbound message received from the customer

Revamped UI for the Phone Numbers Tab

We have revamped the UI for the Phone Numbers tab under WhatsApp, making it easier for businesses to manage their messaging. Businesses can now:

  1. View messaging limits, showing how many customers can be messaged within 24 hours
