Webinar Template Library Release! | Clixio Changelog

This update introduces a centralised Webinar Template Library designed to streamline event creation, ensure design consistency, and minimise repetitive setup for webinar creators.

• A shared template library has been added in Step 4 of the webinar creation process.
• All existing user templates have been migrated, with settings retained.
• Default templates are available for users without complete library access (a minimum of four templates, including a blank one).

• The preview, selection, and inline editing modal for templates has been enlarged.
• The selected video from Step 3 is automatically embedded into the chosen template.
• Video selection is retained when switching between templates.

• Errors are displayed and issues are logged for administrators during any template migration failures.
• Full compatibility with limited-permission roles (e.g., location-only users) is ensured.

• Webinar creation has been verified using both default and user-created templates (Live and On-Demand).
• Access control enforcement for location-only users has been confirmed.
• Replacement and persistence of the automatic video placeholder have been validated.
• Fallback UI activation in edge cases has been ensured.
• Sidebar updates and integration of placeholder settings have been tested.
