Updates to email campaign statistics

We’ve updated the Campaign Statistics to better align with Bulk Action metrics, improving accuracy and reliability while reducing discrepancies.

For all new campaigns and those send now or scheduled campaigns executed after 1st July, the following metrics are visible in the campaign summary page:

  1. Total:

    Total contacts selected.

  2. Processed:

    Total contacts processed.

  3. Delivered:

    Emails successfully delivered.

  4. Skipped:

    Skipped due to DnD.

  5. Error:

    Hard bounces.

Changed in Detailed Statistics:

  1. Error Label Replaced:

    “Error” is now Skipped.

  2. New Failed Tab:

    Shows failures such as:

  • No balance.
  • Email domain-level issues.
  1. Soft bounce is not included in the summary section and only visible in details page
  1. Navigate to Marketing -> Email -> Any executed campaign
  2. Click on three dots of campaign to click on Statistics
  3. Click on Load more statistics to look at the detailed view
  4. Click on all tabs to check details

These updates make campaign statistics clearer and more dependable.
