UK KYC – Legacy 10 DLC UK Numbers

Effective 31st October all the UK 10 digit long code numbers will need to have a UK Bundle linked to it. The numbers which would not have the same would not be able to send out messages.

Accounts Notification

Accounts with Legacy UK numbers will now have the option to create and connect their numbers with the new UK Bundle to adhere to the KYC regulations in the UK.

New Badges Introduced

New badges under the UK number has been introduced to indicate if a particular UK KYC compliant or not.

• UK Bundle Required

  – Meaning you need to create a UK Bundle and link it to the Phone Number

• UK KYC Verified

  – No action needed, the number is all verified and good to be used.

1. Go to the Phone Numbers page and check if you have an unverified UK number.
2. Go to the Regulatory Bundle tab and create a UK Bundle of the same number type that you have.

3. Once the Bundle is approved, link it to the phone number to verify it.
