Macedonia: $0.1396 → $0.2012

Costa Rica: $0.0420 → $0.0623

Gambia: $0.1660 → $0.2606

Seychelles: $0.2602 → $0.3077

China: $0.0639 → $0.1082

Andorra: $0.1317 → $0.1464
