  • Select the “Customer Replied” Trigger
  • Add the “Reply Channel” filter and select “WhatsApp”
  • Add the “WhatsApp Number” filter
  • All the numbers will be visible in the dropdown to select from
  • If the “WhatsApp Number” filter is not selected then the workflow will trigger for all numbers
