Select Whatsapp Number in Customer Replied Trigger
- The ability to trigger workflows based on the specific WhatsApp Numbers
- Select the “Customer Replied” Trigger
- Add the “Reply Channel” filter and select “WhatsApp”
- Add the “WhatsApp Number” filter
- All the numbers will be visible in the dropdown to select from
- If the “WhatsApp Number” filter is not selected then the workflow will trigger for all numbers
