[Reputation] Multiple Review Links in Emails: Give Customers More Choices 🚀
We’ve improved the Reputation Management email builder to support multiple review platform links within a single email. This enhancement allows your customers to choose where they would like to leave a review, increasing flexibility and boosting response rates.
You can now:
- Add multiple review links (Google, Facebook, Yelp, etc.) in a single email
- Customise the CTA text for each platform (e.g., “Leave a review on Google”)
- Easily select/unselect, reorder, and delete links in the builder
- Choose a specific GBP page if multiple are connected for a location
- Utilise built-in error validation to ensure all links are valid
- Provide customers with more platform choices for leaving reviews
- Enhance conversion rates by reducing friction in the review process
- Tailor and prioritise links with drag-and-drop reordering
- Personalise CTAs to match tone and intent for each platform
- Preview and schedule emails with complete control over the review link layout
