Admins Can Rename CRM Objects

Admins now have the ability to rename standard CRM objects to better suit your business terminology.

Change the names of Contacts, Opportunities, and Companies to your preferred terms, such as Clients, Deals, and Organisations.

Set Singular and Plural Names

You can set both singular and plural names, with a maximum of 50 characters for each.

Any renamed objects will be reflected instantly across the entire platform, including navigation menus, filters, reports, and dashboards.

Duplicate Name Validation

A validation feature has been added to prevent duplicate names — no two objects can share the same name.

It’s important to note that backend keys remain unchanged; only the display names are updated.
