Quicker connection to leads when calling them

  • Previously, agents had to wait for the lead to answer and hear the call recording message before talking.
  • Now, agents are connected to leads instantly upon answer—no more waiting for the recording message to finish.
  • Agents will hear the call recording message simultaneously with the lead.

🐞 Bug Fixes

  • Resolved an issue where, in rare cases, agents would hear hold music and be unable to speak to leads.
