Permissions for Conversation AI | Clixio Changelog
Granular Permissions for Conversation AI Agents
We have introduced granular permissions for Conversation AI Bots, providing you with greater control over who can view, manage, or configure your bots. These controls help safeguard essential AI configurations while facilitating role-based access within your team.
1. View & Manage Conversation AI Agents
Users can create, edit, and delete bots, as well as access Bot Goals and Bot Training. However, when this permission is disabled, the entire Conversation AI Bots section is hidden. Consequently, users will not be able to view, manage, or create bots, and access to Bot Goals and Training will also be revoked.
2. View & Manage Bot Goals
Users can edit bot goals when modifying existing bots—this is ideal for team members defining bot objectives and logic. When this permission is disabled, users can only define goals at the time of bot creation (for form-based bots), and the Bot Goals tab will be hidden during edits.
3. View Bot Goals (Read-only)
Users can view configured bot goals and prompt instructions without making any changes. This includes visibility within the AI Response drawer. When this permission is disabled, Bot Goals will be hidden during edits and are only shown during the initial bot creation for form-based bots.
4. View & Manage Bot Training
Users can attach or detach a knowledge base and view its usage in the AI response drawer. When this permission is revoked, the Bot Training tab will be hidden, and knowledge base details will be removed from the conversation screen.
- Protection of critical configurations that shape how your AI bots respond.
- Support for secure, role-based access, ensuring that only the appropriate team members can modify sensitive AI components.
