Order Fulfilled Trigger (for Clixio Stores & Shopify)
We have introduced a new **Order Fulfilled** trigger within the **Ecommerce Stores** workflow category. This trigger enables users to automate workflows whenever an order is marked as fulfilled—whether the fulfilment occurs directly in Clixio Ecommerce Stores or via connected shipping integrations and external platforms like Shopify.
The trigger supports fulfilment events from shipping providers such as Shippo, ShipStation, and other integrated fulfilment services, ensuring that workflows activate reliably once an order is fulfilled.

**Order Fulfilled Trigger**
- Triggers when an order status changes to Fulfilled.
- This can be used to automate post-fulfilment workflows such as notifications, follow-ups, or operational actions.

**Available Filters**
– Users can configure the trigger using the following filters:

**Cart Value**
– Filter orders based on the total order value.

**Fulfilled Products**
– Trigger workflows only when specific products are fulfilled.

**Order Source**
– Store (Clixio Ecommerce Store) or External.

**Order Sub-Source**
– When the Order Source is set to External, users can choose platforms such as Shopify.

**Shipping Carrier**
– Filter by the carrier used for fulfilment.

**Tracking Number**
– Trigger workflows based on the tracking number value.
These filters provide users with precise control over when and how their workflows run.
**What’s Changing? (Shopify Trigger Update)**
- The existing Order Fulfilled trigger has been renamed to: “**Shopify Order Fulfilled (Deprecating Soon)**.”
- This trigger will continue to function for all existing workflows and users.
- It will be deprecated in the future in favour of the new **Ecommerce Stores Order Fulfilled** trigger, which supports both Store and External order sources.
