  5. Reputation Score (0–100) – A weighted score that combines ratings, review volume, and responsiveness. Specifically for Google, you can view:

  • Average Rating (e.g., 4.9⭐)
  • Total Reviews (e.g., 295)
  • Average Response Time (how quickly reviews are replied to)
  • Response Rate (the percentage of reviews that received a reply)
