We’ve improved the creation and updating of WhatsApp Templates by incorporating Clixio’s Media Library directly into the media selection flow for headers.

Businesses can now effortlessly reuse existing media assets or upload new ones—including audio files—without leaving the template builder. This streamlines the process, enhances consistency, and speeds up the campaign setup.

When creating or editing a WhatsApp template with a media header, follow these steps:

Select the header type (Image, Video, Document, or Audio).

Choose a method to add media:

Upload from your computer, or

Select from the Media Library.

The Media Library opens within the builder, automatically filtering assets based on the selected header type. Simply select the asset and continue building your template—no downloading or re-uploading needed.

This feature is available for both new templates and updates to existing templates.
