- You wanted to create 3 workflows with 3 different Contracts but would not go ahead because you could not configure 3 unique email templates that you wanted them to go with. – well now you can!
- Configure From name & From email from Documents & Contracts – Templates as well as Documents
- Configure Email Subject & template specific to a Contract Template
- Go to Payments -> Documents & Contracts -> Templates
- Open the document -> Settings -> Configure the settings that you want at a template level
- When you will use a workflow with this particular template, or you use this template and send a document -> the document will be triggered with the custom email configured.
- If you edit the Subject/Template from an individual template and save it. Post that if you change the Global settings, they will not apply to this specific template. You will have to specifically come and make that change in the template where you saved this edit.
