Invoices: Preview & Edit Email Templates for All Notifications

** What’s New?**
– Business users now have the capability to Preview & Edit Email Templates for all Invoice Notifications right from Invoices Module .
– This feature also allows the business user to preview the Default Email Template to be used for Notification and the ability to edit is as well as per their needs ! A user can now edit their own default templates for notifications !

– We now have the ability to configure email templates for 10 types of notifications which includes Team Notifications as well as Customer Notifications.
– Business User’s also have the capability to edit and save as a new template and then use the same for their use case, the entire functionality is available from invoice settings where a user configures notifications for invoices module !

– Business User now have the option to preview the template while sending out to customer for One Time Invoices as well as while Scheduling Recurring Invoices as well as the ability to edit it right from the invoice editor !

**Why?**
– We received multiple requests from customers in ideas board as well as in form of support tickets that they wanted to control the Default Email Template being sent out for various notifications.
– This gives more control to the business user and enhances the entire user experience on invoices module as entire functionality can now be accessed right within the same module.

**How to Use it?**
– Go to Payments Tab -> Invoices -> Click on the settings Icon that you can see on the page.
– Post this click on Notifications -> You’ll see a preview text right beside the Email Template.
– Go to Payments Tab -> Invoices -> Create New Invoice -> Send
– When a user click on Send the Modal which opens up has a preview of the template that will be sent out to the customer and business user can edit it right from that place.

**What’s Next?**
We soon plan to have a similar functionality for sms templates in all invoice notifications.
We will introduce the capability for Receipts Module too !
