We’ve introduced product-specific cancellation reasons for the

Client Portal (Branded App)

to enhance visibility into the factors contributing to user churn and to improve retention insights.

New Cancellation Reasons Include:

  • Unable to create Apple/Google developer accounts
  • Setup is too complicated or time-consuming
  • Lack of key features required
  • Encountered technical issues or bugs
  • Poor experience with support services
  • Clients are not using the app
  • Did not understand how to use the app effectively
  • Changed business priorities
  • Found an alternative solution
  • Too expensive for current needs

Stability Improvements

We have also introduced stability improvements and user interface refinements in the cancellation modal for smoother handling and reporting.
