We’ve introduced product-specific cancellation reasons for the
Client Portal (Branded App)
to enhance visibility into the factors contributing to user churn and to improve retention insights.
New Cancellation Reasons Include:
- Unable to create Apple/Google developer accounts
- Setup is too complicated or time-consuming
- Lack of key features required
- Encountered technical issues or bugs
- Poor experience with support services
- Clients are not using the app
- Did not understand how to use the app effectively
- Changed business priorities
- Found an alternative solution
- Too expensive for current needs
Stability Improvements
We have also introduced stability improvements and user interface refinements in the cancellation modal for smoother handling and reporting.
