Functionality to Pause and Resume Subscriptions

  • Pause Subscriptions

    Businesses can pause subscriptions definitely or indefinitely from Payments > Subscriptions by clicking on the 3 dots next to any subscription from the list

  • Pause from Subscription Details Page

    Subscriptions can also be paused from the subscription details page

  • Definitely Paused Subscriptions

    Subscriptions paused definitely are done with an end date after which the subscription would automatically resume, but they can be resumed at any time manually before the pause end date

  • Indefinitely Paused Subscriptions

    Subscriptions paused indefinitely need to be resumed manually

  • Invoices for Paused Subscriptions

    While pausing subscriptions on every payment due date an invoice would be generated, customers would get an option to get these invoices in draft or void state

  • Manage Draft Invoices

    Draft invoices can be sent to the customers and the payments against these invoices would be marked to the Subscription

  • Fields in CSV Download

    Pause related fields are added to the CSV download of Subscriptions (Paused Date, Resume Date, etc.)
