Find Contact: Additional Email/Phone Search

We have improved the ‘Find Contact’ action to now also support searching for secondary phone numbers and email addresses associated with a contact.

Previously, the ‘Find Contact’ action only searched the primary email and phone fields in a contact record. However, contacts can have multiple additional emails and phone numbers stored, which were entirely overlooked during the search.

This oversight often resulted in missed matches when users attempted to locate contacts using secondary contact information.

• Navigate to the ‘Find Contact’ action in workflows.
• Select a Phone or Email field.
• Tick the checkbox below it to include additional phones or emails.
