Instructors and Admins Can Export Assessment Results

Instructors and administrators can now export assessment results directly from the LMS reporting screen with just a single click. This update simplifies data access and enhances autonomy in performance analysis.

📄 CSV Export: Instant download of structured .csv files for any filtered assessment result set.

🔍 Filter-Aware Exports: Only the data currently visible in the UI (respecting applied filters) is exported—no extra cleanup is required.

🔐 Role-Based Access: Only users with the appropriate permissions (e.g., instructors, admins) can see and use the export button.

📤 Smart Export Notifications: A confirmation modal will appear before the download begins.

For exports containing more than 500 rows, a secure download link will be emailed to the user (valid for 24 hours).

🧭 Seamless UX: The export button is always visible on the Assessments reporting screen—no need to search for it.

✅ Improved User Autonomy: This feature empowers educators to analyse, report, and iterate independently.

We’re not stopping here. The same export functionality will soon be rolled out across additional Analytics modules, including Course Progress, Revenue Analytics, and Member Analytics.
