Estimates: Now supported in Workflows

Users can now create, save, and clone estimate templates within the Templates section of Invoices and Estimates.

• New Trigger: Added a trigger for Estimates, allowing users to automate actions based on estimate events.
• Filters: Users can filter estimates by template, value, and status
• New Action: Users can now send estimates directly from workflows

• Navigate to the Templates tab of Invoices and Estimates.

• Click on the New Estimate Template button.

• Fill in the necessary details and save your template for future use.

• To create a copy, select the template and click Clone.

• Go to your Workflows section.
• Add the Estimates trigger to your workflow.

• Set up filters to narrow down the estimates by template, value, or status.
• Sending Estimates via Workflows: In the same workflow, add the Send Estimate action. Configure the user and select the template you want to send.

• With recently launched estimates, this was to ensure that workflows support automations based on it.
• This will be critical for users looking to automate sending of invoices/contracts based on estimate status.
