Domain Selection Logic Improvement for Funnels, Websites, Stores, Blogs, and Webinars
We’ve enhanced the domain selection process across the Funnel, Website, Store, Blog, and Webinar features by removing fully redirected domains (those with an “All” redirect type) from the domain connection dropdown.
Filtered Domain Options:
Domains or sub-domains configured to redirect all traffic to another domain (using the ‘All’ redirect type) will no longer appear in the list of available options when connecting a domain.
This update helps to prevent user confusion and potential misconfigurations by ensuring users do not attempt to connect assets to a domain that automatically redirects traffic elsewhere. It streamlines the setup experience and ensures that domains are targeted correctly.
- This update is backward compatible. Any previously connected domains that are now excluded under this new logic will continue to function as expected.
- Only domains using the ‘All’ redirect type are affected by this change.
