Users can now transfer IVR calls from one desk phone to another. Previously, when a call came in through an IVR flow and landed on a desk phone, there was no way to hand it off to another desk phone user. This limitation has now been removed.
The ability to transfer any regular (non-IVR) call from a desk phone to another desk phone continues to function as it did before.
During an active IVR call on your desk phone, you can initiate a transfer by dialling your teammate’s extension. The call will be routed directly to their desk phone.

You can now call any teammate with a configured desk phone by dialling their extension directly. For instance, if your teammate’s extension is 3001, simply dial 3001 from your desk phone to reach them.
Note: Extension-to-extension calling is currently supported only on desk phones. It is not yet available on the web app or mobile app, although support for those platforms is planned for a future release.
