Customizable Email Templates for Ecommerce Store Notifications
What’s New?
Store owners can now customise email templates for their Ecommerce store notifications! Previously, only Abandoned Cart and Order Confirmation Email setup was available which couldn’t be turned off or customised. With this update, store owners can customise:

Order Confirmation Emails

Order Fulfilment Emails
-
Abandoned Cart Emails
Users can either select template from system templates or their own and edit to match their
brand’s language and tone
.
How Does It Work?
- Go to
Payments > Settings > Notifications
:
- Enable or disable each email type on/off via toggle.
- Select and preview templates. Templates can be edited within the preview window.
- Edit subject headline for the email.
- Changes will get applied only once saved.
Additional Notes:
- Ensure
Order Confirmation Email
notifications are turned ON for customers to receive
digital download file links
.

Custom values
can be used in the subject field.
- Always click the
Save
button to apply changes — unsaved edits will not reflect.
