We’re excited to introduce TikTok DMs and Comments Automation — your all-in-one solution for managing TikTok conversations directly within Clixio.

Now, you can engage with your TikTok audience, automate replies, and capture leads without the need to switch between tools. This update expands your omnichannel reach, helping you stay connected and convert faster.

  1. Connect TikTok DMs
  • Go to Integrations → TikTok and connect your TikTok account within your sub-account.
  • Once connected, incoming TikTok messages will appear directly in your Conversations Inbox.

  1. Set Up Automations

You can now create both DM and Comment automations in the Automations module.

  • Use the trigger: Customer Replied

  • Add a filter: Reply Channel = TikTok

  • Choose the action: TikTok Interactive Messages to configure your automated response.

  • Use the trigger: TikTok Comment(s) on a Reel

  • Select your TikTok account (and specify a post if necessary)

  • Choose the action: Reply in Comment action to automate responses.
