✨ Conversations Page – UI Enhancements

We’ve implemented a range of UI enhancements based on feedback from our customers. These updates aim to improve clarity, usability, accessibility, and visual comfort on the Conversations page, assisting you in managing communications more efficiently.

• To activate the new experience, go to Labs and enable CRM Redesign: Conversations + Contact Detail Page (Beta).
• If you have already turned on this Labs toggle, all the enhancements listed below will automatically appear in your account with no further action needed.

• Richer Activity Logs: Activity entries now include more detailed context, such as pipeline name, stage, and related information, making it easier to grasp what has changed and why at a glance.

• Clearer Email Thread Visibility: When emails contain multiple threads, the indicator is now more prominent and easier to notice, simplifying your ability to locate it at a glance.

• Enhanced Visual Contrast: Adjustments have been made to background colours, font sizes, and contrast levels, making conversations easier to scan.

• Larger Snippet Selector in Composer: The snippet selector in the message composer is now larger, making it easier to browse, select, and insert snippets for quicker and more efficient messaging.
