With this enhancement, Live Chat messages will now prompt notifications based on your existing preferences, ensuring you stay informed at all times.

  • Live Chat messages now prompt notifications.
  • No additional settings are required — if you’ve already activated conversation notifications, you’ll automatically receive notifications for Live Chat messages.
  • To review or update your notification preferences, navigate to Settings > My Profile > Notifications.
