Communities – Now customise event reminder emails
New Feature: Customisable Event Reminder Emails
You can now customise the Event Reminder Email sent from Communities!
To get started:
- Navigate to Client Portal → Memberships → Settings → Email Settings → Communities → Event Reminder Email to:
- Create new templates or edit existing ones.
- Personalise the email content.
- Align reminders with your brand’s tone and style.
Other Improvements:
- Enhanced accuracy for recurring events, resolving rare edge cases.
- Fixed issues with recurring events not deleting correctly.
- Addressed notification delivery problems for both in-app and email alerts.
- Resolved a file opening issue when sending messages.
- Enabled clickable community names in the web navbar to direct users to the home page.
- Fixed image expansion issues in posts.
- Improved sizing for community cover images.
- Corrected GIF bar input behaviour in community posts.
- Fixed thumbnail dimension problems on the learning page.
