  1. Apps like Courses, Affiliates, Invoices, Estimates, and Contracts will now only appear when:
  2. The app permission is enabled by the Client Portal owner.
  3. When the app permission is enabled, there is something new or active for you within the app (such as a course to view or an invoice to check).
  4. If there is nothing waiting for you in a particular app, it will remain hidden, keeping your portal neat and easy to use.

For Client Portal Users (Contacts)

  • Clean, Focused Experience – No more empty apps or confusing links. You’ll only see child apps that you have accessed and content to view. For example, you will see courses as a child app only after purchasing your first course.
  • Personalised Navigation – The Client Portal now feels custom-made for your journey. You’ll never navigate to an empty app.
