Calendar Services V2 – Mobile App
Calendars – Services (v2) is now officially available on the mobile app!
This update provides a complete end-to-end service booking experience on mobile, allowing teams and businesses to manage multi-service flows, variations, add-ons, coupons, and time availability all from their phones.
Whether you’re booking for yourself or for multiple team members and locations, this release ensures fast, accurate, and customisable service scheduling on the go.
- Multi-Location: Book services based on available locations.
- Service Variations: Support for multiple variants with price options within a service.
- Add-Ons: Add optional extras (with quantity support) directly during booking.
- Coupons: Apply coupon codes for promotions and discounted bookings.
- Staff-Specific Pricing: Automatically selects the right staff and corresponding pricing.
- Date-Specific Staff Hours: Reflects available time slots or custom hours for specific dates.
- Multi-Service Checkout: Combine multiple services into one appointment flow.
- Multi-Service Calendar View Filtering: Users can select multiple services to display booked events across all calendar views: Monthly, Weekly, and List View, providing clearer visibility and improved schedule management.
To book a service:
- Go to the Calendars module and select New Service Appointment from the plus (+) button.
- Select an available location.
- Add multiple services to the booking flow.
- Choose variants for each service.
- Add multiple add-ons, including quantities where necessary.
- Review and verify staff assignments, along with automatically applied staff-specific pricing.
- Apply a coupon code if available.
- Select a preferred available time slot based on the chosen services or opt for a custom time.
- Tap Schedule Appointment to complete the booking and initiate the workflow.
