AI Schedule (Smart Send Time Optimization)

We’ve launched **AI Schedule**, a smarter way to time your emails for maximum engagement. Rather than guessing when a recipient is most likely to open or reply, our AI analyses their past engagement behaviour and automatically selects the most effective time to send your email within a timeframe you specify.

• You specify a time window (for example, the next 48 hours).
• The AI reviews the recipient’s historical engagement patterns.
• From all predicted high-engagement moments, the AI chooses the best time within your selected window.
• The email is then automatically scheduled for that optimised time.
• If there isn’t enough data for a particular recipient, the email is sent immediately to ensure you don’t miss the opportunity.

This update guarantees that your messages arrive when your recipients are most likely to notice, open, and respond, resulting in increased engagement and improved outcomes.

Availability:

This feature is exclusively available for sub-accounts using LC Email or Mailgun providers.

It is not supported for accounts with 2-way sync enabled, even if they utilise LC or Mailgun.
