Exciting Announcement: WhatsApp Contact Name Pre-Fill now available!

When an unknown contact messages your business via WhatsApp, their contact name will now be automatically pre-filled with the name from their WhatsApp profile. This includes both their first name and last name, provided the contact is not already saved in your CRM.

Upon receiving an inbound message from an unknown contact on WhatsApp, their first and last names will be automatically populated in your CRM, making your contact management process more efficient.
