Countdown Timer Placeholder in Template Sharing

In the past, when a user shared or continued an email template that included a countdown timer, the timer element would be removed. This led to confusion and required users to manually reinsert the timer each time.

Now, when you share or continue a template with a countdown timer, a placeholder will appear instead of the timer being deleted.

• No lost timers: The timer’s position is preserved.
• Saves time: No more manual reinsertion after sharing.
• Clear workflow: It is easy to see where to add a new timer.
• Compatible with all templates: The placeholder appears in both new and existing templates.

1. Navigate to Marketing → Email Builder
2. Open or create a template featuring a countdown timer
3. Share or continue the template in another location
4. The destination will display a countdown timer placeholder instead of a deleted timer
5. Preview your changes as necessary

The placeholder is purely for positioning and is not a functional timer.

This feature helps maintain consistent layouts when collaborating.

It works in all email templates that include countdown timers.
