Test Call Logs in Voice AI Dashboard

We now display Test calls in the Voice AI dashboard logs, allowing you to filter and review them alongside live interactions.

Key Features:

  1. Separates test call activity from production live calls, or you can opt to filter both types.
  2. Enhances visibility into test call recordings and transcripts.

Filters Available:

  1. Call Type Filter: A single-select dropdown enables you to choose Test Calls, Live Calls, or Both.

  2. Universal Availability: The filter is accessible in both All Agents dashboard logs and individual Agent-specific logs.

  3. Test Call Logs in Voice AI Dashboard: Test calls now include complete recordings and transcripts for review, although they are excluded from the metrics.

Note that test calls aren’t included in the dashboard metrics.
