Introducing WhatsApp Channel Support in Conversational AI Subaccount

We are thrilled to introduce WhatsApp Channel Support in Conversational AI Subaccount. With this enhancement, all features of Conversational AI are now enabled for WhatsApp, providing a seamless and powerful way to engage with your audience on the platform.

How to Enable WhatsApp Channel Support

  • Navigate to Settings > Conversational AI.
  • Enable WhatsApp as a supported channel for your Conversational AI bots.
  • Once configured, WhatsApp can be utilised for all the conversations!

WhatsApp integration must be set up and active in your account to use this feature.

Note: All existing features of Conversational AI in a subaccount are now fully enabled and functional for the WhatsApp channel too.
